AUSTRALIA IS IN THE WORLD CUP!!!
What could possibly be better than that? The world game!
Australia fighting for its honour after the Uruguay coach said to the Australians "Go back to Australia and play cricket, u dont belong in this game"
Wednesday night was probably the most exciting night of this half year for me, here is wat happened (if u find this very sad keep it to urself or tell evry1, i dont care, pretty much making this comment useless)
I was sitting ont he couch waiting for the game to start on SBS, the TV Guide siad it was goin to start at 4:00PM. BULL CRAP. I was all ready to watch it with a can of solo in my right hand and ready to tell my cousin off for standing in the way of the most important match in Austrlia's history when the reporter guy says it is not goin 2 start til 8:00! I couldnt beleive wat i was hearing, so i put a huge hole in the wall with the can of Solo (just kiddin.) Becasue of this i was annoyed because my tennis lesson is at 8:30 meaning i would see about 10 mins b4 i would hav to leave, but then a miracle!!! My coach rang up and told me he had hurt his ankle! Wat and awesome coincidence! I kinda just did nuthin for 3 1/2 hours then finally the time came... THE WORLD CUP MATCH. (for all u ppl that dont know Australia had to win by 2 goals to be guaranteed a spot in the World Cup).
Then at exactly 8:00, around 10 mins after the warm up started the whistle blows. omg omg omg!!! Australia's kick off. The game goes for like 1/2 hour then "IT'S BRESCIANO!!!" Australia scores!!!! *I kinda scream in a girlish manner, but not* ( i understand i will be teased for this, so in advance ur all ass holes! Sorry...ne way back to the match) I cant beleive Australia scored... Ne ways, i decides it's not so big coz if Uraguay scores Australia has to score twice to make up for it. Ne ways the whole match goes through without ne body else scoring despite lot so attempts by Bresciano set up by Harry Kewell and lots of gr8 saves by Schwarzer.
90 mins, 3 mins injury time...nuthin...30 mins extra time...Uruaguay hits the side post on one strike...end of extra time... 1-0 to Australia.
PENALTY SHOOTOUT!!!
As soon as this happens i expect Australia to lose since Australians all have crap kicks and only win because of brute force.
Kewell comes out, Straight in the top left corner, an obvious champion (literally sicne he was part of the EUFA cup winning Liverpool team)
Next sum Uraguay guy comes out, Schwarzer saves it perfectly!!! OMG OMG Australia is gonna win!!!
Next two ppl score to keep Ausytralia ahead by one, the VIDUKA misses by like 2 metres, wat a captain, huh... oho Australia is gonna lose...
Next Schwarzer save another one OMG OMG another miracle!!!
Uruguay goalie comes out...evry1 is silent, the pressure is immense... Alosi scores !!!
OMG OMG OMG OMG Australia wins!!!! *I thow my hands up and kinda storm in on my cousin and auntie, who are stayin with us for 10 days, screamin my head off, can hear our neigbourhood cheerin also, go bak 2 TV, players running aorund edge of stadium, nobody cares about Uruguay!!! Losers... they deserved to lose after wat their coach said!!!! Serves him right!!!!
So that is the most exciting night of my life...the only thing more exciting for me would be watchin Amanda Vanstone tryin to egg the guys on and tryin to kick a goal from the penalty shot then missing by like 10 metres!!! lol.
So wat could possibly be more exciting than that? hmmm...

it was 32 years, (multiple of 4) and England won't win it, not a chance. It'll either b Brazil, France or Portugal.
